International House Tallinn is a language school with over 12 years experience in setting up and running language courses, organizing training courses for language teachers and providing translation services. The school has established itself as a major centre of language learning and language teaching in Estonia.

University of Ljubljana, Centre for Slovene as a Second/Foreign Language, Slovenia


The Centre for Slovene as a Second/Foreign Language at the Department for Slovene Studies, Faculty of Arts, University of Ljubljana, extends understanding of the Slovene language, literature and culture on an international scale. There are 10 people employed in Centre for Slovene as a second/foreign language.

The center is highly experienced in co-operation at local, regional, national and transnational level (Socrates and other), both in content and in project organisation.

CNAI - Centro Navarro de Autoaprendizaje de Idiomas



CNAI is a  centre specialized in languages backed by of the Government of Navarra, Spain, which carries out flexible blended learning programs aimed at improving and enhancing existing educational systems and Life-long learning.

 

CNAI's flexible approach allows multiple levels in education to be accommodated and includes local civil servants learning European languages. All our courses are designed to build autonomy in students and within this area we have become acknowledged experts in cutting-edge blended learning systems.

The Karel de Grote-Hogeschool, Antwerp is an institute of higher education, which offers a wide range of study programmes (graduate and postgraduate) including professional and academic bachelors and masters. There are six departments with 7,777 students. The hogeschool considers the tuition of the three official languages spoken in Belgium to be very important for the professional future of its domestic and foreign students.

The school has extensive experience in European and other projects.

International House World Organisation (IHWO Ltd) is a UK limited company, established in 1953, which is the headquarters of an association of international language schools. These schools all trade under the name of 'International House'. There are currently ca.130 schools in 48 countries, including almost every country of the EU.

The IHWO headquarters has a small staff of 9 FTE, but the wider association has ca. 4000 staff in the various worldwide locations.

With 49 personnel it is one of the largest schools in Hungary. The school is accredited with the Certificate in Hungarian Language Teaching.

Its international experience includes co-operation at local, regional, national and transnational level (Socrates and other), both in content and in project organisation.

The University of Malta is the highest teaching institution in Malta with about 9000 students including 700 foreign students. There are 507 full time and 304 part time academic members of staff.

Kindersite Project Ltd. UK



The Kindersite project is the project expert in websites, communication and dissemination (ensuring Language professionals in Europe know about the project and its results).

The Kindersite is involved in 6 different projects with similar responsibilities and also provides Keynote speakers in this field.

The Kindersite team maintain a free global website ( www.kindersite.org) used for the “Introduction of English as a 1st and 2nd language” in 13,600 schools in 148 countries.
